Link Consulting is a Portuguese IT services company, located in Lisbon, Portugal which, among others, has the mission to operate the international Costumer Support Center, for NASDAQ BWise Enterprise Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (GRC) software products.

You will be accountable for provide support for the client Core Team throughout the project, creates configuration based on the Configuration Design, resolves issues during UAT test phase, support the business with uploading content to the BWise software, build integrations with external data sources, installation and technical setup of the BWise platform. 

We are looking for individuals with:  

• Min of 1 to 3 years of experience in Web application development (SQL, Java, HTML, XML, Web services);
• Knowledge of the SQL Server/Oracle Database, SQL;
• Additional technical Skills: ETL Tool (preferential);
• Interpersonal and operational skills.
• Ability to influence others.
• Ability to negotiate.
• Good written and oral communication skills in English.
• Logical and Analytical approach.
